b) The OP should change the thread title if he wants to continue his data grab. Then if people wish to answer they can. And those who are expecting 10 million for their time wont feel ripped off.
c) there are many posts from people who have replied then realised he is not paying isk - and repost to state they feel scammed
d) the OP has not responded in this thread for some time - and there is no evidence he is even noting the data anymore
e) so pipe down

I answered yes to the last question, because that is in fact true- I WOULD like 10 million isk, absolutely. I know that I'm not going to get it, but the honest answer is still "yes I would 10 million isk". If you're going to answer an 8 question survey, you should still answer question #8 honestly 
If the thread bothers you so much, why are you camping it? Wouldn't it make sense just to, you know, stop clicking on it? There are more posts from you on this page than anybody else...
Ok so your reply - kind of - covers point a - though i suspect you didnt know he had stopped paying and are now trying to cover it up.
But it does not cover b or c or d. Any of which justifys me "camping" this thread trying to warn people they are gettgin ripped off.
Also please note the other people complaining they didnt get paid, and asking for the thread to be killed off.

Me and some dude were posting in big red text after every post "YOU AINT GETTING ANY ISK" - and people still post. They dont have to shift through the page, just check the last post.

1. Do you know what the In Game Browser (IGB) is?
I think it iz a site where they give tips and cheet for the games.
2. How often do you use the IGB?
I do nots cheat in the games just borderlines exploit.
3. When you do use the IGB, how long does it typically stay open? (If applicable)

4. If an application existed that required your IGB to stay open during the entire duration of your EVE session, would you consider this a downside or a turnoff to using that application? (note that the IGB can be minimized and left alone. It just has to be open to a certain page.)
I would love to have something spying on me for my game session, but 'Manjo', my 17 year old gardener/masseur says no.
5. Does your answer to question 4 change if there is ISK involved? If the site is extremely innovative? If you enjoy the features that are offered?
Well thats what I said to him, but he wasnt having it. He insists he ordered a treble whisky and a double gin, but instead I got a double whisky and a treble gin.
I mean it didnt really matter, but think about what would have happened if I had been driving... It would have put me over the limit.

The never ending thread.
PROOF
1) There is a never ending stream of noobs entering the game and discovering the forums.
2) Therefore there will be a never ending stream of people posting in this thread in order to claim the 10 million isk (as it is a lot of money to a noob) despite it being consistentnatly pointed out no more isk is being sent (and i think the op was outed as a scammer? needs citation)
3) If this thread every drops off the first 10 pages, some mischief maker will bump it before the three months closes.
4) GOTO 1
Without interference from a mod this thread will never die.
